WHAT IS A CORPORATE APARTMENT?

Corporate apartments are a long-term hotel alternative. They are suites leased on a short-term basis to meet the needs of travelers who are on temporary assignment at another location, families who are being transferred and need a temporary apartment while they search for a permanent home or who are displaced from their homes temporarily. These fully-furnished apartments come with all of the amenities of home including furnishings and fully accessorized kitchens. Most properties have use of the pool, clubhouse and exercise facilities on-site. Aviam’s suites provide more spacious accommodations than extended-stay hotel suites and at a lower price.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY FOR A CORPORATE APARTMENT?

HOW WILL YOU BILL ME?

You won’t be overwhelmed with variable expenses! Tell us what works best for your reimbursement process or your payables process. Aviam is flexible as each client has unique needs. Aviam offers proven DFAS receipts or an invoice customized to meet the needs of your organization. Expect to receive a nightly, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly invoice or receipt based on YOUR needs. 

CAN I BRING A PET?

Many of the properties Aviam utilizes allow small pets with an additional pet deposit. Please call an Aviam professional for pet-friendly properties in your desired area.
